Ski trainer having a stable tubular frame which bears a main bearing bush, which deviates 5 to 10@ from the perpendicular and simulates skiing down into the valley, with a cross-piece, which is held pivotably therein against springs and at its ends has pivot bearing bushes which receive pivot bearing bolts on which centred upper and lower bearing supports with bearing bolts define axes of inclination, which run at right angles through the axes of rotation of the pivot bearing bolts, for rocker beams. These rocker beams run in parallel and at the high end have a transversely running rocker axis around which simulated safety ski bindings can be pivoted vertically to a limited extent, the inclination taking place against resilient rubber blocks and the vertical movement against a spring-loaded cam, all of the movements of the ski bindings apart from the inclination being lockable in the starting position by means of a blocking device and at least the stress on the safety ski bindings and the movement of the latter about the main bearing bush being capable of being monitored and displayed electronically, whilst ski-stick simulations on the tubular frame can be adjusted in spacing and height and the movement-inhibiting springs are designed such that they can be adjusted by force.
