PURPOSE:To enable an engine speed to be controlled to the target speed from the beginning of an idle control by correcting duty ratio of an electromagnetic actuator, which displaces a valve position against resisting tension of a bimetal spring displacing opening of a bypass valve of a throttle valve, in accordance with temperatures of cooling water and intake air. CONSTITUTION:By controlling duty ratio of the first solenoid coil 20 in an electromagnetic actuator with a bimetal spring 11 in its temperature serving as the parameter, opening of a throttle valve 7 is controlled. Since the duty ratio of the electromagnetic actuator is corrected by a cooling water temperature and an intake air temperature, an engine speed can be controlled to the target speed from the beginning of an idle control. |
