PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation in thickness direction of a coil by providing an upper face pressing roller which presses a coil element wire in the table direction, and further providing a vibrator which vibrates this upper face pressing roller in the direction of the coil element wire. CONSTITUTION:Up to the place where disturbance does not occur in operation of an upper face pressing roller 10, a housing 9 is rotated 120 deg. clockwise. Thereafter, guide rollers 11A and 11B abut on the side face of a coil element wire 12, and as a table 2 rotates the upper face pressing roller 10 abuts on the upper face of the wound outermost coil element wire 12, and this is pressed in the direction of the table 2. With that, a vibrator 26 operates, and the vibration is transmitted to the upper face pressing roller 10 through a transmission bar 27 and a supporting metal fitting 25, and this is vibrated in the direction of the coil element wire 12, and the coil element wire 12 of the upper face pressing roller 10 is pressed. This way, the coil element wire 12 is pressed by the side face pressing roller 6 and the upper face pressing roller 10, and while doing formation in the diametrical and vertical directions, the table 2 is rotated and finished into a coil. |
