PURPOSE:To prevent poor insulation and to implement a compact configuration by separating the pattern circuits of a board into a high voltage part and a low voltage part, arranging said voltage parts, providing switching elements in current switching circuits in the high voltage part on approximately concentric circles at a constant intervals, and arranging the terminals of the switching elements in the vicinities of connecting points. CONSTITUTION:The parts such ps integrated circuits having Hall elements HU, HV and HW, operation amplifiers and the like at a low voltage part A are arranged on the right half of a board 1. Transistors QU, QV and QW at a high voltage part B are arranged on approximately concentric circles at a constant intervals on the other left half of the board 1. Electric connecting parts 14 of stator windings 5U, 5V and 5W to the board 1 are provided in the close vicinities of collector terminals 15 of the transistors QU, QV and QW. The collector terminals 15 and the connecting parts 14 are wired with copper foil parts 13 on the board 1 in the minimum pattern. Insulating distances to the other copper foil parts and the circuit parts are sufficiently secured. |
