<p>PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient surface hardness by forming a compound nickel plating layer with silicone carbide serving as the dispersing agent and nickel, adding phosphor, serving as the matrix while exposing one part of the silicone carbide on surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A head main unit 19 forms on its surface a rough plating layer 21 consisting of nickel-phosphor or nickel. This rough plating layer 21 forms on the surface a compound nickel plating layer 27 formed with silicone carbide 23 serving as the dispersing agent and phosphor-added nickel serving as the matrix 25, and one part of the silicone carbide 23, serving as the dispersing agent, is exposed on surfaces. On the surface of this compound nickel plating layer 27, for instance, transparent resin, consisting of urethane resin, is coated forming a clear coating layer 29. Thus because the rough plating layer 21 is formed, rust, infiltrated into the inside from a boundary of the silicone carbide 23 and the matrix 25, can surely be prevented from reaching the head main unit 19.</p> |
