PURPOSE:To make possible the interlocking between systems and the subsequent real-time conversion of codes without manual conversion of codes by installing a code readdition device which adds control codes again from a master record to a record adjusted to each pattern by separating clean data by pattern. CONSTITUTION:A combined unprocessed data file 3 is produced by passing a print image file 1 through a control code deletion device 2 and deleting all control codes such as page feed, line feed, chinese character in and out which exist in the print image file 1. Next, key sentences are searched which exist on the combined untreated data file 3 by passing the combined untreated data file 3 through a device for the conversion of sentence codes by pattern 4. Then the key sentences are written into a pattern-wise untreated data file 5. In addition, the pattern-wise data file 5 is checked in reference to a master file by allowing the former to pass through a code readdition device 6, then is converted to an ordinary file which is used in the system. |
