ROLLING MACHINE IN PRODUCTION DEVICE OF PATTY OF 'OKONOMIYAKI'

PURPOSE:To facilitate punching process of patty by a punching machine by feeding dough of 'OKONOMIYAKI (thin, flat cake of unsweetened batter fried with bits of vegetables)' from a hopper to two pairs of rolling rolls and spraying compressed air to the rolled dough of OKONOMIYAKI and smoothing wrinkles. CONSTITUTION:Dough of 'OKONOMIYAKI' comprising wheat flour, water and eggs as main components blended with small amounts of salt and seasoning is fed from a hopper 11 of a rolling machine 10 to two pairs of rolling rollers 12 and 13. A nozzle of a wrinkle smoothing machine 21 to spray compressed air from a compressor is set between the top and the bottom rollers 12 and 13 and wrinkles of dough rolled by the rolls 12 are extended.
