发明名称 TRANSVERSE FLUX HEATING APPARATUS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce harmful flux crossing to heating coil and to reduce eddy current loss by winding the heating coil to magnetic pole between one pair of slots as paralleling to iron core and inserting conductive body in the slot to form short circuit coil. CONSTITUTION:The slots 3 paralleling to one pair of the iron cores 2 are arranged and heating coil 5 is wound to the magnetic pole 4 and alternating flux is transversed to a steel plate 1. The short circuit coil 6 is arranged to each slot 3. The short circuit coil 6 is composed of the conductive bodies 61, 62 inserting in opening part and bottom part of the slot 3 and the conductive bodies 63, 64 forming the short circuit at outside of the slot 3 in both end parts thereof, to form one turn. Each short circuit coil 6 surrounds the part of a heating coil inserting in one slot 3 for the heating coil 5. By this method, the flux A crossing to the heating coil 5 is reduced. Therefore, the eddy current loss caused by the flux A is reduced and temp. rising is reduced and the efficiency of the induction heating apparatus is improved.</p>
