<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate flawing on surfaces further preventing the surfaces from being conspicuous, even when a flaw is generated, by constituting a club head of a transparent finish coating layer consisting of ultraviolet-ray hardening paint formed in the outside of a coloring coating layer and a transparent irregular finish coating layer consisting of ultraviolet-ray hardening paint formed in the outside of the transparent finish coating layer. CONSTITUTION:A coloring coating layer 21 forms in its surface a transparent intermediate coating layer 23 consisting of transparent urethane paint, and on surfaces of this transparent intermediate coating layer 23, a transparent finish coating layer 25 is formed. The transparent finish coating layer 25 is ultraviolet-ray hardening paint. For instance, it is formed by UV hardening resin paint of UV urethane paint or the like. The transparent finish coating layer 25 forms in its surface a transparent irregular finish coating layer 27 consisting of, for instance, UV hardening resin paint of UV urethane paint or the like serving as the ultraviolet-ray hardening paint. Thus advancing hardening of the transparent finish coating layer 25 and the transparent irregular finish coating layer 27 earlier than the normal urethane paint, sufficient hardness can be ensured while enabling the manufacture to be facilitated.</p> |
