PURPOSE:To enhance the dimensional accuracy of a molded composite form and to reduce a rejection rate by forming it of a molded resin and a vulcanized and molded rubber, and allowing both to adhered through an adhesive layer by means of vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:A rubber layer 5 is allowed to adhere to the mounting recess 3 of a resin-molded slender board 2 through an adhesive layer 4 by means of vulcanization as a platen 1 for a thermal printer. 2A denotes an attachment piece provided at the end of the board 2. The board 2 is formed of heat resistant thermoplastic resin at the temperature of vulcanizing rubber such as polyethylene. The layer 4 is formed of an adhesive of polyurethane. A resin component 2 is disposed in a molding cavity 7 for molding the rubber, the cavity contact part of the resin component is coated with an adhesive 4, and the rubber component 5 is vulcanized. Thus, the resin 2 is satisfactorily draped with the rubber 5 to improve dimensional accuracy and the rejection rate of a manufactured molded composite form can be reduced. |
