发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CONDENSER
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the condenser characteristics especially the frequency characteristics by a method wherein a conductive high molecule to be thermal- fused is fusion-welded into a valve metal having an oxide film to form an electrolyte film. CONSTITUTION:As the conductive high molecule, e.g., a high polymer having the carbon numbers exceeding four of alkyl group (3-alkyl thiophene) which is substantially heat-treated to be thermal fusion-melted into a valve metal having an oxide film is applicable. The synthesizing process to form the oxide film as a dielectric between an anode and an electrolyte may be eliminated while the conductive high molecular electrolyte is not in danger of deterioration or release as the electrolyte in the anode synthesizing process. The electrolyte can be contact-formed on the valve metal having the oxide film in the heat- melted liquid state so that the anode film and the electrolyte may be provided with excellent bond properties, thereby enabling a solid electrolytic condenser in the same high coating ratio as that of the other type electrolytic condenser using electrolyte to be manufactured. Through these procedures, the solid electrolytic condenser having excellent frequency characteristics and capacity ratio can be manufactured.
