PURPOSE: To obtain a pharmaceutical preparation useful for preventing the blood vessel reocclusion of mammals by combining a tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) with an activated protein C. CONSTITUTION: This pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by combining a t-PA which is a protein having biological activities substantially corresponding to those of the t-PA of mammals, especially humans or may be glycosylated or not with an activated protein C, preferably the one containing nine γ- carboxyglutamic acid residues and one γ-hydroxyaspartic acid residue. The respective ingredients are contained in effective amounts based on 1kg body weight per hr as follows: the t-PA within the range of 20,000-200,000 IU and the activated protein C within the range of 0.01-0.5mg. |
