PURPOSE:To simplify the structure remarkably by making a microwave IC module in contact with a printed circuit board having a strip line center conductor in its inside by means of a moving contact due to a spring or the like. CONSTITUTION:The microwave circuit consists of the microwave IC module 2 having an RF terminal 24 and a piston contactor 27 in moving contact with the terminal 24 and the printed circuit board 1 having the strip line center conductor 12 clipped by two conductor faces (outer conductors) 11, 11. Then a fixed terminal 14 is led out from the strip line center conductor 12 via a throughhole conductor 13 toward the outer conductor side 11 and the piston contactor 27 is in contact with the fixed terminal 14 to connect microwave signals. Thus, the microwave circuit structure comprising the microwave 10 module 2 and the printed circuit board 1 only is obtained and a defect of complicated and expensive structure is remarkably improved. |
