<p>PURPOSE:To easily correct disconnection even if it occurs in the bus wiring of a scanning line and a signal line by providing an upper layer wiring for correction and a lower wiring for correction. CONSTITUTION:The lower wirings for correction 15-1 and 13-2 are respectively formed in parallel on the outside of gate bus wirings 12e and 12a. Wirings 14-1 and 14-2 are electrically connected with wiring 13-1 out of a part where a gate insulating film 3 and an insulating film for protection 9 exist. The wirings 14-2 and 14-4 are electrically connected with the wiring 13-2 out of the edge of the films 3 and 9 in the same way. It is assumed that a gate bus wiring 12b is disconnected at a position expressed by X. In such a case, both end parts of the bus 12b and the wirings 14-2 and 14-4 are electrically connected at respective positions Y1 and Y2, so that the circuits of the bus 12b, the wiring 14-2, the wiring 13-2, the wiring 14-4 and the wiring 12b are formed and the disconnection part X can be corrected.</p> |
