The composition comprises (in wt.%) (I) 99.2-99.95 and (II) 0.8-0.05, where (I) has the composition (in mole %) BaTiO3 97.10 - 99.48, Nb2O5 and/or Ta2O5 0.52-2.00 and an oxide of rare earth of atomic No. 57-62 0-0.90; and (II) has the composition (in mole %) MnO2 30-70 and oxide of transition metal of atomic No. 24-28 0.8-0.05. The BaTiO3 has an average particle size of 1.5 micron max.
