An iron rod (15) is attached to the both ends of an anisotropic magnet (14) serially connected with each other while forming a projection section (17) to concentrate magnetic density, and then the iron rod is inserted into the concave part(12) which is formed by support structures (10)(10') and a sub-rod (11) of a cylindrical body (9). The iron rod is positioned to the center (13) of a tube (7) so that magnetic field is formed in the strong zone and the weak zone in the tube. The magnetic density can be used effectively with the help of different distribution of magnetic field in the tube.
