PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive sheet retaining adhesiveness in the room temperature range and having excellent vibration-damping properties by dispersing cells in a sheet of a specified acrylate polymer in a specified state of dispersion. CONSTITUTION:This vibration-damping adhesive sheet is formed by dispersing cells 2 of a mean cell size of 0.05-1mum in a sheet 1 of an acrylate polymer of a glass transition temperature <= 20 deg.C in a state of dispersion of 3-2,000 cells/100mum. If the glass transition temperature of the acrylate polymer of said sheet 1 is above 20 deg.C, the hardness of the sheet 1 at room temperature is too high to absorb vibrations. If it is -30 deg.C or below, the sheet 1 at room temperature is so soft that in laminating it with the sheet sheets 3 the sheet 1 is pressed from between two steel sheets 3 by pressure, or the laminated steel sheets 3 are apt to be out of position. |
