PURPOSE:To facilitate insertion of a tube and to perform reliable sealing by a method wherein the inner part of a gasket hole disposed in a tube insertion hole formed in an end plate is connected to tank inner and outer side parts positioned to the inside and the outside of the end plate. CONSTITUTION:Gasket tank inner and outer side parts 11a and 11b are disposed to the tank inner and outer sides, respectively, of an end plate 6. A gasket hole inner part 11c is disposed in a tube insertion hole 9, and the gasket hole inner part 11c is connected to the gasket tank outer side part 11b to integrally form a gasket 11. Mounting of a tube 2 to the tube insertion hole 9 with the gasket 11 located therebetween is such that the tube is inserted into the tube insertion hole 9 of the end plate 6 from the outside of the tank. In this case, since the gasket hole inner part 11c is dragged but is held by the gasket tank outer part 11b, it is not drawn in. Thereafter, the tube is expanded from the inside of the tank by means of a punch, and the tube 2 is mounted to the end plate 6 through the medium of the gasket 11.
