<p>PURPOSE:To easily fit a composing member of a tire to a drum for post- treatment thereby to improve the working efficiency by providing a holder which is adapted to grasp said tire composing member from an outer side thereof, and a reforming mechanism mounted at the side adjacent to said post- treating drum of said holder which reforms said tire composing member approximately into a cylindrical shape by extending an end portion adjacent to said post-treating drum of said member in an axial direction. CONSTITUTION:After a moving frame is moved close to a pre-treating drum 5, an outer side of a tire composing member K is grasped by a holder 50. The member K is then transferred by the moving frame from the pre-treating drum 5 to a post-treating drum 19. At this time, although both end portions in an axial direction of the flexible member K tend to be deformed into a tapered configuration because of the shrinkage of rubber and their own weight, the end portions adjacent to the drum 19 are extended and reformed to be approximately into a cylindrical shape by a reforming mechanism 166. Therefore, an interference between the member K and the drum 19 is not given rise to at all at the fitting start of the member K. Accordingly, the member K is easily fitted into the drum 19, thereby improving the working efficiency.</p> |
