PURPOSE:To set rise and fall waveforms to be sharp and to reduce a consumption current by providing the edge detection circuit of a signal, a three-state output buffer circuit apart from a normal output buffer circuit. CONSTITUTION:The edge detection circuit 2 detecting the rise and the fall of an input signal and outputting an edge detection signal for a short time, and the three-state output buffer circuit 3 which raises an output signal and makes it fall in a period when the edge detection signal exists and which comes to a high output impedance in a period when the edge detection signal does not exist are provided separated from the output buffer circuit 1 having normal rise and fall characteristics. The rise and fall waveforms can be set sharp and the consumption current can be reduced by constituting the output signal of the output buffer circuit and that of the three-state output buffer to be added and outputted. |
