摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To assure the high functions at low cost by a method wherein the excitation amount of an excitor is set up corresponding to the difference between an output voltage and the set up voltage so that the circuit to control a specified terminal voltage and the low and medium speed control circuit may be respectively composed of an analog circuit and a digital circuit. CONSTITUTION:The output from a generator G is transferred 7 to feed an excitor with excitation current through the intermediary of a thyristor 8, a breaker 9. An automatic voltage regulator 1 digital-processes 2 the data (sub loop) from PT14, CT6 and a field current detector 14 to output medium low speed voltage signals (a), auxiliary functional signals (b) for inputting to an analog circuit 3. The analog circuit 3 (main loop) inputs system voltage from a PT25 to analog-process the difference from a voltage setter 10 for outputting high speed signals and reducing from the auxiliary functional signals to amplify 11 for controlling the opening and closing of another thyristor 18 by the output from an automatic pulse shifter 13 through the intermediary of a transfer switch 12. Through these procedures, only the parts required of high speed processing are analog-processed while the other parts are digital-processed to assure the control with high functions and reliability at low cost.</p>
