LIGHT DUTY LIQUID DETERGENT COMPOSITIONS

An aqueous liquid detergent composition for handwashing soiled dishware includes magnesium linear dodecyl benzene sulfonate, C9-C13 alkyl mono- or polyglucoside (from 1 to 3 glucoside units), lauric/myristic monoethanolamide, lauric diethanolamide, hydrotrope, ethanol, and water, in certain proportions. The compositions are capable of generating a stable foam and are effective in cleaning greasy soils in ambient temperature wash water.
