<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of automatic bracketing photography by varying and setting the number of exposed frames and an exposure correcting quantity if the shift range of an exposure value determined by the input number of exposed frames and the exposure correcting quantity for each frame deviates from a predetermined shift range. CONSTITUTION:A decision means 502 decides whether or not the shift range of the exposure value determined by the input number of exposed frames and the exposure correcting value for each frame deviates from the predetermined shift range. When not, a setting means 503 sets the input number of exposed frames and the exposure correcting quantity for each frame as they are, but when it is judged that the shift range deviates, either or both of the number of exposed frames and the exposure correcting quantity are varied and set so that the shift range does not deviate. Consequently, the number of exposed frames and the exposure correcting quantity for each frame can be set to maximum values within the shift range set on a camera side and automatic bracketing photography is performed over a wide range.</p> |
