The machine is used for producing a cubic matrix net for a speaker net, a blower net, et., whose center space is narrow and outer space is wide in order to generate a cubic effect. In the machine, a motor (12) is connected to a central shaft (4) by a pulley (9), the central shaft being connected to an upper body (2) by a cam and an arm (8) so that the rotation of the central shaft makes the upper body move up and down. The height of cutting blades is decreasingly varied from left to right. The cutting blades are fixed to a fixing member having holes, and have triangle, ollipse and trapezoid shapes so that diamond ellipse, and trapezoid shape net can be made.
