SKIN INTEGRATED MOLDED PRODUCT GENERATING NO WRINKLES AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of wrinkles and to enhance durability by bonding a nonwoven fabric for suppressing the return of the tension of a skin material at the time of demolding to a region easy to generate wrinkles from the inner surface of the skin material to perform the integrated molding with the skin material. CONSTITUTION:A fabric 1, soft polyurethane foam 2 and a film 3 composed of polyester polyol are subjected to frame lamination to mold a skin material 5 as a three-layered laminate product. Molding is performed by such a method that the skin material 5 is set to a lower mold 7 equipped with a vacuum box 6 and fixed thereto by a clamp 8 equipped with a fixing frame and an overhang part C having a nonwoven fabric 10 bonded thereto is subsequently fixed and an upper mold 11 is further set to inject urethane. By bonding the nonwoven fabric to a bent region easy to generate wrinkles, the skin material can be slid in over the entire periphery of the lower mold.
