<p>PURPOSE:To decrease radiowaves emitted from an antenna and to make it difficult to detect the radiowave by an enemy radiowave detector by connecting a dual TR tube circuit comprising hybrid circuits, dual TR tubes and small- power dummy loads to a waveguide. CONSTITUTION:A high power transmitted wave which is outputted from a radar transmitter 1 is inputted into a dual TR tube circuit 9 through a waveguide switch 3. TR tubes are discharged in the circuit 9. Therefore the total power is transmitted to a circulator 5 and an antenna 7. When the switch 3 is changed over, the high-power transmitted wave is transmitted to the switch 3 and a dummy load 4 and absorbed in this part. A part of the leaked transmitted wave through the isolation of the switch 3 is inputted into the circuit 9. The TR tubes in the circuit 9 are not discharged. The transmitted wave is transmitted into inner small-power dummy loads 12. In this way, the radiowaves which are radiated from the antenna 7 into a space are decreased, and the radiowaves are not detected by an enemy radiowave detector.</p> |
