The present invention relates to a floor slab for any building and a building fitted with at least one such slab. This floor slab (1) comprises a network of cables or other power transmission elements mounted in channels which can be sealed by juxtaposed covers (4), these channels being made in the upper face (2) of the slab (1) and being distributed in the latter in the manner of an orthogonal grid in order to ensure the supply to the rooms provided on this slab by means of movable partitions (15), and to ensure this whatever the number, surface area and arrangement of these rooms.
