PURPOSE:To constitute the title time recorder so that processings such as a salary calculation, an output of a service state, etc., is easily executed by a software in a personal computer by connecting it to the personal computer through an interface circuit, storing information of the time recorder and bringing it to batch transfer to the personal computer. CONSTITUTION:At the time of transferring the information stored in a memory 215 to a personal computer, it is executed by a method for connecting an Rs-232C cable 15 to an RS-232C connector of the personal computer from an external interface 217. In this state, by turning on a power source of the personal computer, and executing a necessary communication input by operating a control key 14 of a time recorder 11, this communication input is converted to a communication command by a control key control part 213, transferred and offered to a transfer control part 216. The transfer control part 216 executes communication to the personal computer by the communication command, transfers the storage information of the memory 215 to the personal computer at every discrimination code, and in such a way, the time recorder 11 performs communication with the personal computer by itself. |
