CONSTITUTION:While a vehicle is run at a predetermined car speed or more, pressure within a clutch pressure chamber 19 is approximately kept as prescribed regardless of a fluctuation in the rotation number of an internal combustion engine, that's, regardless of the operating condition of a power transmission control means 20. Then, in a clutch mechanism 4, friction plates 13a, 13b are kept in a tightly pressure-connected condition.
