PURPOSE:To enable uniform mass-production and manufacturing of a precise matter by a method wherein bent layers comprising divided parts bent in an arbitrary form and at arbitrary intervals by pulling out a sheet of an arbitrary material wound up around a paper roll are laminated in series for formation. CONSTITUTION:Base paper P is wound around a base paper roll R, a heat- weldable adhesive agent is kept applied to a plane of the base paper P, belt- shaped base paper 10 cut into a width capable of making into a desired height of a structural body with a slitter is supplied to a square-shaped jigs J11-J34 which are made into a state so as to conform to a lateral and longitudinal sides 12, 13. Then the jigs J11-J34 are caused to abut against the same, a base and each lateral sides 11, 12 are heat-welded through heating, according to which three-layer structural body comprised of layers S11-S13 is molded simultaneously. With this construction, the title tructural body is demarcated by the base, lateral and longitudinal sides 11, 12, 13 through a roll of the belt-shaped base paper 10 and the structural body can be formed in series as three layers hereupon. |
