PURPOSE: To turn a blade surface to be parallel with wind direction so as to prevent excessive teeter amplitude in case of emergency by mechanically controlling a valve that directs the output of the blade driven by a hydraulic pump, by means of a wind vane. CONSTITUTION: A pump 75 is mechanically driven by a rotor rotated by a shaft 110'. A check valve 95 adjusts the output to a control valve 100. A wind vane 105 is arranged on the control valve 100 by a cam mechanism 110. In case of emergency, the control valve 100 directs the output of a hydraulic flow to the left side 150 or right side 160 of a directional valve 85, to turn the blades 15, 20 to be parallel to the wind direction. Thus, it is possible to prevent excessive teeter amplitude. |
