PURPOSE: To uniformly and perfectly fuse toner on an image receptive material sheet by moving a fixing device so that the image receptive material sheet on which the toner is put may be pulled between the fixing device and a compressing device and letting image receptive material nearly linearly out from a space between the fixing device and the compressing device. CONSTITUTION: In a printing engine 10, this fuser device 12 is attached to a lower frame 14 and arranged between the electro-static image forming part 17 and the image receptive material output tray 20 of an upper frame part 18. The image forming part 17 of the engine 10 is provided with an image receptive material belt 23 and a transfer belt 26 and the device 12 is provided with a fuser housing 29 consisting of an upper frame 32 and a lower frame 35. Then, a pressure roller cylinder 123 functioning as the compressing member having an outer front coming in contact with a part of the outer surface of a fixing roller cylinder 125 functioning as a fixing member in the housing 29 is arranged on the cylinder 125. A motion device moves the fixing member so that the image receptive material sheet on which the toner is put may be pulled between both of the fixing and the compressing members. |
