The invention relates to a device which is suitable for application of liquids on to the human or animal skin for the purposes of medical therapy, and for transporting these liquids with heat, vibration, therapeutic current and light into the tissue. Medical treatment of humans or animals via the skin without any stress on stomach and intestines requires a large amount of effort. The new device is to simplify and technically unify the physical therapeutic measures. The problem is solved by a ball (1) which is to be rolled over the skin, is embedded in the bearing (9), and which can be humidified via a tank (4) in the bearing, heated via hot plates (2), vibrated via a motor (3), electrified via a contact (5) and simultaneously be irradiated in the case of transparent hot plates (2) and transparent ball (1). The ball (1) is exchangeable via detachable bottom plate (7). The bearing can be installed in any housing. The device can be used to introduce metered amounts of medicaments into the skin using a plurality of physical techniques.
