<p>PURPOSE:To allow the preservation of a large volume of blood and to inexpensively attain a cryogenic temp. as well as to obtain a high recovery rate by disposing plural pieces of blood housing cases cooled by respectively separate Stirling refrigerators into a cold retaining chamber maintained in the low temp. state. CONSTITUTION:The housing cases 5, 5... for housing the preserving blood in the state of arraying the cases in a longitudinal direction on, for example, both sides in the transverse direction of the cold retaining chamber 1 are disposed into the cold retaining chamber 1. These housing cases 5, 5... have the plural housing parts. These housing cases 5, 5... are connected by respectively separate circulation pipes 6a, 6b to the respectively separate Stirling refrigerators 6, 6... disposed on the outside of the cold retaining chamber 1 and are cooled to the cryogenic temp. by the operation of the refrigerators 6, 6.... The carrying of the blood to the outside of the cold retaining chamber 1 and the carrying of the blood into the cold retaining chamber 1 are executed by means of a carrying in/out port 9 which is faced to one side end of guide rails 7 and opened to penetrate a heat insulating wall 1a.</p> |
