It comprises a screen which encloses at least one electric bulb and which consists of two dome-shaped pieces of identical configuration and which are joined together by the ends of their circumferences, resembling a large biconvex lens joined in a rotary manner to a circumferential ring on two diametrically opposed points on said ring. The ring in turn rotates about two fixed support points which are diametrically opposed and located at the ends of the perpendicular diameter to which it joins the points of rotation of the screen on the ring. The ring is hollow and inside it passes the electrical supply cable. <IMAGE>
