PURPOSE:To perform NC drilling without producing wrinkle and breakage of a copper foil by subjecting the NC drilling to a copper foil including an reinforcement member to which an adhesive sheet is stuck, molding an internal layer material and an outer layer material after laminating those materials, and removing the reinforcement material to form a conduction pattern. CONSTITUTION:A bonding sheet 9 is stuck to a copper foil 11 having a protective metal foil 10, the bonding sheet being formed by uniting high polymer compounds which include modified epoxy resin as a chief ingredient. A through- hole is processed. An inner layer material 14 on which a conductor pattern 13 has been formed and a foil 11 having a foil 10 to which the bonding sheet 9 is stuck are needed. A through-hole 15 is processed to remove the foil 10 and plating 16 is applied to the through-holes 12, 15 to form a predetermined circuit. Hereby, the foil 11 is prevented from forming any winkle and breakage thereon, and NC drilling is performed. |
