PURPOSE:To compensate for the non-linear operation of an inverter by supplying the controlled input signal corresponding to the output signal of the inverter through a circuit for compensating for the non-linear format to a pulse width modulation modulator and controlling the output signal of the inverter with this pulse. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of an inverter 2 is detected by a voltage detector 3, and is fed back to the input side of a voltage regulator 5. The controlled input signal of the regulator 5 corresponding to the output signal of the inverter 2 is applied to a pulse width modulator 7, the output of which is supplied to the conversion valve in the inverter 2, thereby controlling the output signal of the inverter 2. A non-linear compensating circuit 8 is inserted between the regulator 5 and the modulator 7. In this manner, the nonlinear distortion of the output signal of the inverter to the input signal can be compensated. |
