PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of productivity by a method wherein a molding process to a hoop-shaped lead frame and both processes of a cleaning process and a raw material feed process to both forces of top and bottom forces are overlapped with each other. CONSTITUTION:When a first molding unit 6a in one end part of a rotary system substrate 5 is positioned at the place of a lead frame 1 and molds a molding part of the frame 1, a second molding unit 6b in the other end part of the substrate 5 is positioned at a site apart from the frame 1. Accordingly, a cleaning process and a raw material feed process to both forces of top and bottom forces 8b and 7b in the unit 6b can be performed overlapping with a molding process to the frame 1, which is performed by the unit 6a, in the molding process. Then, if the substrate 5 is swiveled at 180 deg.C, a cleaning process and a raw material feed process to both forces of top and bottom forces 8a and 7a of the unit 6a can be similarly performed overlapping with a molding process to the frame 1, which is performed by the unit 6b, in the molding process. |
