A vacuum tool (8) is rotatably mounted by means of spindle (5) in a helve (2) of a hand tool in such a way that its length can be adjusted. The tool axis makes a constant angle with the helve axis. A rotatably adjustable handle (21) is placed on the helve (2) and has gripping surfaces (25a, 25b, 25c and 25d) arranged within finger reach of a rotary knob (6) for positioning aspirated components. The hand tool (1) is of ergonomically optimal design and suitable for both left-handed persons and right-handed persons as well as for persons with different hand sizes.
