<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a scratch, etc., caused by each element wire in a stranded wire process by providing a process for applying silicone oil to the surface of a stock of a heat treatment type filament body which passes through a wire drawing process, between the wire drawing process and a heat treatment process. CONSTITUTION:A wire drawing process of an element wire of a steel core heat resisting aluminum alloy stranded wire (TACSR) is executed by a rough drawing wire supply device 1 of a rough drawing wire 14 and a wire drawing machine 3. An applying process for silicone oil following the wire drawing process is executed by a silicone oil applying tank 5. As for the silicone oil, a general puspose article or heat resisting silicone oil is used and applied to the element wire by an immersing method, and thereafter, the element wire is wound to a spooler 7. A heat treatment process is executed by a heat treatment mechanism 9, and subsequently, a heat treatment type aluminum alloy stranded wire formed by twisting the aluminum alloy element wire 16 having a steel wire 11 in the center part and being free from a flaw on the surface of the element wire in the peripheral part is obtained through in a stranded wire process. In such a way, the generation of a flaw on the element wire is prevented and the quality of the stranded wire can be improved.</p> |
