The circuit transforms the data signal into the original data signal by reproducing the data signal which is stored on the disc. Here, the data signal is divided into 2 signals, and the frequency is lowered to 1/2 to be stored on the both sides of disc. The circuit is composed of data signal divider (1), which has flip flops (FF1, FF2), buffer (BF), and inverter (I1), recording part (2)(2') which stores the output of the data signal divider (1) on the upper/lower side of disc (4), reproducing part (5)(5') which reproduces the stored data, output amplifier (6)(6') which amplifies the output signal of reproducing part (5)(5'), and an exclusive OR gate (ExOR).
