PURPOSE:To perform air conditioning at high thermal efficiency of a controller having a main control unit, and a terminal control unit for locally controlling various air conditioners by providing a control unit which controls the intake of external air in accordance with the temperature and humidity of the external air and the indoor at a terminal control unit. CONSTITUTION:A main control unit MCT is connected to a terminal equipment TE such as a keyboard, a display unit or the like to be capable of transmitting and receiving data, and is connected via a common transmission line La to sub- controllers SCT1-SCTm. To the SCT1-SCTm are respectively connected terminal control units TCT11-TCTmn which are connected with local temperature sensor T, humidity sensor H, motor control valve MV or the like. Each of the units TCT11-TCTmn have a control unit which calculates the enthalpy of the external air and the indoor based on the temperatures and humidities of the external air and the indoor, judges whether the external air can be used for cooling or not and then controls the intake of the external air. |
