<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title device wherein a pair of photo diodes have almost the same photocurrent characteristics so that a calibration circuit in the post- stage is unnecessitated by providing a pair of photo diodes which receive the light outputted from a pair of light receiving paths and are formed in a chip. CONSTITUTION:The following are provided; a light emitting element, a light emitting lens 8 to output the light radiated form the light emitting element, a pair of light receiving lenses 4, 4' to receive the light 3, 3' radiated from the light emitting lens 8 and reflected by an object 7, a pair of light receiving paths 5, 5' transmitting the light received by the light receiving lenses 4, 4', a pair of photo diodes 1, 2 which receive the light outputted from the light receiving paths 5, 5' and are formed in a chip, and a case accommodating the above light emitting elements, light emitting lens 8, light receiving lenses 4, 4', light receiving paths 5, 5', and photo diodes 1, 2. For example, the above light emitting lens 8, light receiving lenses 4, 4', and light receiving paths 5, 5' are formed by using transparent injection molding resin of epoxy system.</p> |
