PURPOSE:To make adhering with heating in such a short time not causing deterioration of rubber and reduce the manufacturing cost by performing heating adhesion of an outer cylinder with a coupling member through induction heating by high frequency current. CONSTITUTION:Induction current is generated in an outer cylinder 15 by allowing a high frequency current to flow in a heating coil 10 for 10-20sec, and thereby the outer cylinder 15 is heated to 150-180 deg.C to cause vulcanizing adhesion of the outer cylinder 15 with a rubber member 12. This method to heat with induction current requires application of minimum heating to the outer cylinder 15 in a short time, which leads to reduction of rubber deterioration to possible minimum. Therein the manufacturing cost will be reduced because current is required to flow in the heating coil 10 only at the time of heating. Further, controls can be facilitated because the heating conditions, for ex. temp. and time, can be controlled electrically. |
