PURPOSE:To allow the formation of thinner films and to improve sharpness by incorporating a specific compd. into the photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive material contains the compd. expressed by formula I. In formula, R1, R2 respectively denote an arom. group, aliphat. group or heterocyclic group; R3 denotes a hydrogen atom, halogen atom or alkoxy group; R4 denotes a diffusion resistant group; R5, R6 respectively denote a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group. The amt. of the compd. of formula I to be added is preferably 1X10<-5> to 1.0mol, more preferably 1X10<-4> to 0.5mol per 1mol silver existing in the same layer or the adjacent layer. The formation of the thinner layers is possible in this way and the sharpness of images is enhanced. |
