PURPOSE:To shorten time required for raising an automatic transaction machine by detecting a temperature in the device when a power source of the automatic transaction device is turned on and giving heat to the device in accordance with a result of this detection. CONSTITUTION:After a power source is turned on, when an opening instruction is transmitted to a CPU 13 from a center compute 4, the CPU 13 discriminates an output of a temperature sensor 101, and decides whether a temperature in the device reaches a set temperature or not. In this case, when the temperature in the device is lower than a temperature which is set to the temperature sensor 101, that is, when an ON signal is not obtained from the temperature sensor 101, the CPU 13 operates a heater 100. Thereafter, when the temperature in the device rises and the temperature sensor 101 detects a fact that said temperature reaches the set temperature, the CPU 13 stops the operation of the heater 100, and also, executes a raising operation for opening the device. |
