<p>PURPOSE:To prevent toner from sticking on an image forming lens and to obtain a stable image with high quality by providing a polarizing plate on the surface of a diffracted index rod lens array facing a liquid crystal optical shutter array and also providing a metallic thin film on the surface of the distributed index rod lens array facing a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The polarizing plate 15 is provided on the surface of the distributed index rod lens array 4 facing the liquid crystal shutter array and the metallic thin film 14, metal oxide thin film 14' or conductive high polymer film 14'' is provided on the surface of said rod lens array 4 facing the photosensitive body 6. Those thin films 14, 14' and 14'' are earthed to the conduction part of a device main body and the surface potential of the thin films 14, 14', and 14'' becomes zero. Consequently, no toner 12 sticks electrostatically on the image forming lens 13 and the stable image of high quality is obtained.</p> |
