<p>PURPOSE:To form a synthetic resin surface and a porcelain surface in a smooth continuous surface state and to strengthen a joint therebetween by a method wherein in-place casting of liquid or granular synthetic resin is effected in a recessed part formed in the porcelain, and the synthetic resin is cured to embed a magnet. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 2 is formed in a rim 13 of a bottom 12 of a liquor bottle body 1, the size of a mouth 21 of the recessed par 2 is decreased over that of a bottom 22, no glaze is coated on an inner wall 23, which forms a biscuit base surface. In-place casting of a permanent magnet 3 placed in the recessed part 2 is made in the recessed part 2 by using synthetic resin 4. The molten synthetic resin 4 is draped with an inner wall 23, the surface thereof forms a smooth place by means of a surface tensile force, and a boundary between a surface and an inner wall 23 forms a smooth arcuate boundary surface 24. With this state, it is left standing, the synthetic resin 4 is cured, and the surface of the synthetic resin 4 forms a surface having almost the same smoothness and glossiness as those of a glaze coated on the surface of a porcelain.</p> |
