摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the capacity and make the positioning highly accurate by reducing the area of a light transmission part for reading a signal out of the optical pattern of a memory board and positioning the memory board according to the filter board in the same group. CONSTITUTION:When a signal is read out of the optical pattern 3a of a specific memory board 3, an actuator 5F moves respective light transmission parts 41 of filter boards 4 in the same group almost to the center part of the no-signal recording part 31 of the memory board 3. Further, an actuator 5M moves the specific memory board 3 and the optical pattern 3a in an address #3 of the specific memory board 3 faces the filter board 41. Then the parallel light from a light source 1 is transmitted through the light transmission part 42 of the filter board 4 in another group and the no-signal recording parts 31 of the memory boards 3 and also transmitted through the light transmission part 41 and optical pattern 3a to enter the photodetection part 2a of a CCD element 2, thereby obtaining a signal represented with the optical pattern in the address #3. Similarly, a signal represented with the pattern 3a is obtained from an element 2 in order similarly.
