PURPOSE:To obtain a medical liquid processing unit in which a burr and a separate piece are not generated and a clearance does not exist between bodies to be bonded by providing a main fusing part on the joining surface of plural members, simultaneously, providing a slave fusing part and ultrasonic-fusing both fusing parts. CONSTITUTION:A joining surface 17 has a main fusing part 18 in which a slope is formed in an approximate center. A joining surface 19 has a main fusing part 20 in which an acute angle to abut on the slope main fusing part 18 is executed in the center. Further, on the joining surfaces 17 and 19, a slave fusing part 21 in a plane shape and a slave fusing part 22 at an acute angle exist. Here, when an ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to an upper cylinder body 15 and a conical wall 4, an ultrasonic energy is concentrated on the abutting part of the main fusing part 18 and 20, the slanting line part of the main fusing part 20 is melted by a friction heat, and it is fused to the main fusing part 18. In such a way, a strength and a sealability in the fusing between the upper cylinder body 15 and conical wall 4 are secured. At such a time, the slave fusing part 22 seals the burr and separate piece generated from the main fusing parts 18 and 20. |
